Support Plus+ Backup Verification

 

On Site Service

For a fixed fee our fully qualified engineers will visit your premises and perform the following functions.

 Check what data is being backed up and advise if changes should be made.
Perform a test restore from your previous nights backup - we will restore a single file from tape to its original location as if the original file had been deleted or corrupted.
Check your backup software logs and highlight any errors.
Purge backup log files.
Provide report of current status of backup.

Remote Service

If you currently have terminal services or remote control software installed on your server via a Broadband connection we can offer the above service on a remote access service. Our engineers will perform all of the above services however you will need to ensure that a member of staff is available to change tapes as instructed. The report will be emailed to you after the verification.

Single Server Backup Verification - onsite ad hoc £85.00 per verification
Single Server Backup Verification - onsite monthly for minimum 12 months £50.00 per verification
Single Server Backup Verification - remote access ad hoc £45.00 per verification
Single Server Backup Verification - remote access monthly for minimum 12 months £30.00 per verification
